1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of the Wedoura platform, including website, mobile applications, and services. By accessing or using Wedoura, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian laws.
2. Nature of Platform
Wedoura is a technology intermediary platform that: • Connects users with wedding vendors • Provides discovery, marketing, and communication tools Wedoura: • Does NOT provide wedding services directly • Does NOT act as an agent of vendors • Is NOT responsible for execution of services
3. Eligibility
You must: • Be at least 18 years old • Enter into a legally binding agreement
4. User Accounts
Users agree to: • Provide accurate and updated information • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials Wedoura reserves the right to suspend accounts for false information, fraudulent activity, or misuse of platform.
5. Vendor Terms
5.1 Listing & Accuracy Vendors must ensure accurate pricing, services, and images with no misleading claims. 5.2 Anti-Bypass Clause Any lead generated via Wedoura shall not be redirected outside the platform. Circumventing Wedoura is a material breach and may result in permanent ban, legal action, or penalty up to 3x estimated transaction value. 5.3 Payments Vendors may be charged for listings, promotions, or qualified leads. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
6. User Responsibility
Users agree: • Not to misuse vendor data • Not to engage in fraudulent bookings • To independently verify vendors
7. Payments & Liability
Wedoura is NOT responsible for disputes, refunds, or service failures, and does NOT guarantee vendor performance. All transactions between users and vendors are independent agreements.
8. Intellectual Property
All content including branding, website design, and marketing materials are owned by Wedoura and protected under Indian copyright laws.
9. Communication Consent
By using Wedoura, you consent to receive WhatsApp messages, calls, SMS, and email for lead follow-ups, service updates, and marketing campaigns. (Compliant with TRAI & DPDP Act)
10. Data Protection
Wedoura processes personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Users consent to collection and processing of personal data and sharing with relevant vendors.
11. Limitation of Liability
Wedoura shall not be liable for vendor misconduct, financial losses, event cancellations, or indirect damages. Maximum liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount paid to Wedoura in the last 3 months.
12. Termination
Wedoura reserves the right to remove listings, block accounts, or take legal action without prior notice in case of violation.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the Laws of India. Disputes are subject to Courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
